St. Nick's Necessities

How We Make a Difference

St. Nick's Necessities is a Nonprofit Charity in partnership with DFACS and Family Connections that provides essential toiletry items and hygiene amenities to teens in the foster care system and from at-risk backgrounds. Our goal is to create a sustainable system for distributing these necessary supplies throughout the year, not just during the holidays.

St. Nick's Necessities' bottom line is to be like Christ. Jesus was no stranger to helping those in need. We take Christ's words to heart when He said, “Let the children come to me, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly, I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them, and blessed them.
